檸檬沙拉酥脆蝦

日式美奶滋

醃蝦調味料

1/2茶匙

黑胡椒粉
少許

米酒
少許

香油
少許

太白粉或玉米粉
2茶匙



炸蝦麵糊
麵粉(任何筋度)
20g

玉米粉
70g

烘焙泡打粉
2g

全蛋
1顆

食用油
70g

冷水
