I agree that the 1st team may not play very well as a team. Westbrook, Harden & LBJ are all used to be the primary ball handler, and even Leonard is getting used to that role. LBJ & Harden are used to passing the ball to 3-point shooters, but none of them, except Leonard, is consistent and stable 3-point shooter (LBJ shot high percentage, but attempted very few shots), so that play tactic may not work out very well, IMO. The 1st team likely will play "attack the hoop" directly tactic. For example, Davis should work well with WB, Harden & LBJ by receiving the ball and junk type of plays.
On the other hand, I think even the all-NBA 2nd team can play well against the 1st team:
all-NBA 2nd team:
Stephen Curry
Isaiah Thomas
Kevin Durant
Giannis Antetokounmpo
Rudy Gobert
This team have two excellent 3-point shooters and can play the effective 3-point shooting strategy that I Thomas is familiar with at the Celtics, and he will have stronger front court support from Antetokounmpo & Gobert! Gee, the 2nd team consists of all the MVPs from previous 3 years (Curry in 2015, 16. KD in 2014)! 作者: John181OP 時間: 2017-5-19 09:51 PM
